Just As Planned is a boutique wedding + events company currently seeking an Assistant Wedding Coordinator to support upcoming weddings and special events throughout the U.S. and internationally.
This role is ideal for someone who is organized, outgoing, calm under pressure, and excited by fast-paced event environments. You’ll work closely with our lead coordinators helping manage guest experience, event logistics, travel coordination, on-site setup, vendor support, and day-to-day event operations.
Responsibilities may include:
Assisting with event setup and breakdown
Supporting guest check-in and hospitality
Coordinating vendors and production schedules
Managing travel logistics and event materials
Supporting lead coordinators on-site during events
Helping maintain a polished and professional guest experience
Assisting with administrative and organizational tasks as needed
This is a paid freelance opportunity with travel and accommodations covered for applicable events.
Requirements

Comfortable standing for extended periods and assisting with physical event setup/breakdown
Open to flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and travel days
Available for domestic travel and occasional international travel
In possession of a valid passport or eligible to obtain one
Previous experience in events, hospitality, customer service, production, retail, restaurants, travel, or assistant/coordinator roles is preferred but not required.
