The Visitor and Event Coordinator coordinates visitor-experience operations, front-of-house logistics, and approved museum, community, and military events. The role turns Government-approved plans into safe, polished delivery while ensuring that the Contractor does not independently obligate funds, approve payments, set Government policy, or make official commitments.

Serve as the on-site Contractor point of contact during events; coordinate with authorized stakeholders and enforce approved building protocols, including gallery food/drink restrictions.
Deconflict daily gallery visitation with approved public or private events and coordinate visitor-flow, crowd-control, accessibility, and safety needs.
Collect and analyze visitor feedback and visitor-experience measures; recommend process improvements through the Contractor Program Manager.
Track authorized event costs, vendor invoices, and cost-allocation documentation. Coordinate approved vendors but do not obligate Government funds or approve payments.
Produce comprehensive "run-of-show" documents, layout designs, and scheduling parameters. Supervise physical setup, transition, and teardown of equipment.
