The Digital Marketing Manager is a creative and dynamic role that possess strong knowledge across multiple digital media platforms, including the vast social media landscape. Contributions and constant monitoring of the resort’s website along with daily input into the resort’s marketing plan is essential.
- Lead digital, social media, mobile, email and online strategy for company, and direct guest experience, CRM, data analytics, video and other related projects.
- Work under direction of the Director of Marketing on digital creation, calendars and execution among marketing team and oversee all digital and promotional campaigns and marketing initiatives for the resort.
- Provide broad scope social media strategy and works closely with Director of Marketing, who manages content and daily engagement on all social media platforms for the resort.
- Develop and drive new digital innovations and solutions that foster our relationship with guests and that result in increased business.
- Manage digital guidelines, benchmarks and new practices to grow followers, engagement and impressions to achieve resort marketing goals.
- Lead, manage and analyze guest experience, feedback via data-analytics, email marketing and research.
- Work closely with IT and Resort Operations across digital components of brand marketing, event marketing, content development, creative, media, advertising, and communications.
- Must have proven experience with directly managing all aspects of SEM programs (copy, bidding optimization).
- Management of multiple online advertising media campaigns across the resort outlets.
- Plan and implement media inclusive of PPC, video, mobile, and social media advertising
- Manage organic search engine performance and goal-setting based on site impressions, click through rates, traffic, conversions, and other relevant data.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, metrics and changes with SEO and major search engines with effort to understand how they interact and influence one another to better optimize the organization's marketing initiatives.
- Set up and Manage Tracking Mechanisms: Work with web management team to implement new tracking tools and ensure they are working properly on an ongoing basis.
- Performance monitoring reports and track KPI's.
- Partner with respective retail outlets to host resort’s online store
- Work closely with all departments to ensure proper information, guarantees and arrangements are made in order to establish and maintain group satisfaction
- Attends catering, sales and food and beverage meetings as assigned
- Possesses knowledge of competition and what other companies offer their clientele
- Possesses knowledge of property policies and current pricing structure
- Perform special projects and assignments in relationship to catering needs
- Assist with resort photography needs
- Participate in the resort’s Manager on Duty (MOD) program as assigned
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the Director of Marketing.

Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- College degree or work experience of 2 years digital marketing and social media experience in hospitality
- Background in digital marketing for a brand
- Thorough understanding of digital and social media landscape branding principles and tactics, social media fluency and advocacy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

The employee frequently is required to walk; and talk or hear. The employee must be able to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. The position is indoors. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. The staff member will work in a high traffic/high volume business environment and will be required to spend a majority of their time at their desk and/or on their feet.
