Tournament & Event Director

High Meadow Ranch Golf Club - Magnolia, Texas

Reports To: Head Golf Professional & General Manager

High Meadow Ranch Golf Club is seeking a fun, energetic, and highly organized Tournament & Event Director to oversee the planning and execution of golf tournaments, outings, and club events. This individual will serve as the primary contact for event clients and ensure a first-class experience from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and execute all tournaments and outings
• Serve as the main point of contact for event hosts and participants
• Manage pairings, scoring, and event setup using Golf Genius (required)
• Coordinate logistics with golf operations, food & beverage, and outside services
• Assist with event sales, communication, and post-event follow-up
• Coordinate heavily with Golf Course Superintendent

Qualifications:

• Experience with Golf Genius (required)
• Prior tournament or golf operations experience preferred
• PGA Membership preferred, but not required
• Outgoing, personable, and easy to talk to
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work weekends and event-based hours
