The Conference Services Coordinator reports to and supports the Reston Headquarter Conference Center and Senior Manager, Regional Facilities and Conference Centers and will work with meeting organizers and other departments to ensure capabilities are understood and a solid plan to meet requirements is in place.Key Responsibilities
- Practice excellent customer service and provide the highest quality of service and detail
- Monitor conference center mailbox, schedule meetings, coordinate set-ups and communicate with audio-visual tech.
- Greet guests and confirm reservations
- Support client support requests of all kinds including catering needs & support, and other equipment, set up, supplies, printing, and other general meeting needs. Some evening and weekend work may be required, sometimes on short notice.
- Handle room set-up, furniture, and other meeting room set-ups prior to each meeting
- Request support and assistance necessary to maintain high level of customer service
- Decommission meeting rooms at conclusion of meeting; reorganize room, clean up materials, trash etc.
- Work closely with the Audio-Visual Tech on any meeting issues that arise
- Maintain positive ongoing relationships
- Multitask and prioritize as necessary to meet customer needs
Basic Qualifications:
- 1+ years in a customer service role
- 1+ years of conference center and/or meeting space experience
- 1+ hands-on experience with Microsoft Teams including Meetings, Webinar or Live Events
Preferred Skills/Experience:
- Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with Clickshare and Crestron Controllers
- General knowledge with audio-visual conference room set-up/troubleshooting

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position. The pay range for this position is :
$39,970.00 - $67,949.00
