TEAM LEAD - EVENT SETUP

Overview
We are seeking an experienced Event Setup Lead to join our team and oversee the setup and breakdown of various events. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in leading the setup and delivery teams at each project or job location. You will be the face of the organization as you go on-site to set up all types of events (weddings, parties, festivals, etc.) We are seeking someone who is a great leader and has the ability to keep a team of 3 or 4 people on task.

Duties
- Coordinate and lead event setup and breakdown activities

- Managing a team and playing a key role in deliveries/event set up- Tents, Tables, Chairs, Dance Floors, Lights, Stages, Soft Seating & more!

- Ensure all event spaces are set up according to client specifications

- Manage a team following an event for pickups/tear downs

- Loading & Unloading Trailers

- Repair & Touch Up Rentals

- Clean Rentals (tents, tables, chairs, grills, etc.)

- Warehouse work (organization, inventory assessment)

- Supervise event setup team members

- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional service

- Manage inventory of event setup materials and supplies

Qualifications
- Previous experience in event setup, specifically tent setup.
- Strong relationship skills to lead a team and keep them on task to complete a job
- Excellent customer service and the ability to communicate with clients on-site
- Familiarity with event marketing concepts

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary 

Schedule:

8-10 hour shifts
Day shift
Evenings as needed
Extended hours as needed
Sunday to Friday schedule
Weekends as needed
