Community Facilities Manager

Community & Facilities Manager

Over 55 gated community with 747 units in Glen Allen Virginia is seeking a full time salaried Community & Facilities Manager.

Duties include

Oversee and manage lifestyle director, maintenance service administrator, receptionist, and additional part time desk staff.

Monitor income and expenses for clubhouse, supervise scheduling of events, coordinate and supervise contract repairs, day to day

supervision of grounds and irrigation contract related work orders, update community website, and maintain owner database.

May require attendance at 1-2 evening meetings every other month. Emergency / After hours on-call availability required.

Pay is commensurate with experience.


4 year degree preferred

Successful candidate shall demonstrate

Effective oral and written communication and listening skills. Detail oriented with a high level of accuracy. Resourceful and a creative problem solver.

Proficiency with computer programs, including Word, Outlook and Excel and databases.

Organizational skills and ability to independently prioritize daily workload.

Ability to work effectively with co-workers, homeowners, and contractors.

Professionalism, professional attire and demeanor at all times.
